Ouch. Dog jumped in my lap as I was typing my last comment.
If Confederate Statues are declared Federal Property, then State Governments, or local mayors, could NOT tear them down. An executive order is quick to do and does not require Congressional oversight.

I have a question - a legal question for Ann. Can President Trump sign an executive order and declare all Civil War Statues, streets named after Southern Gentlemen, schools, colleges so named, Federal property? The Civil War was a national event and doesn't belong to any one state or county. If Southern statues are declared governor nor local mayors could remove them. Much like Federal Parks, they will have the protection of the Federal Government.

Li'l Bro's Prayer:

What!!! Ann is a 6ft-tall Amazon blessed virgin...sister to Jesus...purveyor of truth, justice and the American way. She leads the world in crystal clear thought laser-focused at alt-reality warped-dimensional thought perpetuated by the ignorant tin-foil hat wearing wicked souls known as leftists, liberals, anti-Trumpers, never-Trumpers, and enviro-gweenies. May Ann unsheathe her swift sword and smite those who know not their stupidity, cowardice and complicity with Lucifer. May she take particular aim at the decrepit, weak and confused among us who seek to redistribute wealth, rob future generations of their birthright, and arbitrarily deny life to the unborn. Thank you God delivering us from evil by sending Your daughter to enlighten and better our lives. PS: doesn't hurt that St. Ann of America, blessed virgin, is hotter than a sizzling firecracker.

Kenneth Frazier of Merck (MRK) said in a statement: "America's leaders must honor our fundamental values by clearly rejecting expressions of hatred, bigotry and group supremacy."

Within minutes, Trump attacked him on Twitter, saying Frazier's resignation will give him "more time to LOWER RIPOFF DRUG PRICES!"

I'm fine with the main subject matter made by our president, but why not before Merck's statement? Drug prices need lowered!!!

The foreign visa b1 program taking away employment in my area.

#220

by lorell1 » Thu Aug 10, 2017 12:41 pm

If this is possibly, please send this to an Administrator on this forum and maybe they may also send this message to ann coulter.
I was a temporary contract worker for Anthem in Woodland Hills, CA. The major headquarters there. I was also a temporary
contract worker for Farmers Insurance. In both cases I would like to remain anonymous. This is an extremely liberal minded area
so it would not be good for me to be known as the person who wrote this.
The area I'm in has a number of areas in the west san fernando valley and whole san fernando valley where there is extreme poverty
or people needing all sorts of government benefits. Both of these companies, for whatever reason, are hiring foreign b1 visa workers from India. In the case of Anthem, they
are outsourcing work from a building in the philippines as well. What is disturbing was that I could tell that there were at least 75 percent
of Farmers Insurance employees from India. At Anthem, it was also a majority of workers from India although possibly not as high. These
were positions that a high school or even ged educated worker could perform. Even those who didn't graduate high school could perform what
these entry level workers here were doing. They could have paid people locally, minimum wage, part time, with no benefits, and there would
be minorities, disadvantaged people in my area willing to take up these positions. Instead they are placing highly educated workers with University
degrees into these positions, willing to work for less, from India and the Philippines. This makes no sense.
Also consider the fact that during the Affordable Health Care Act debate, we were directly told that more American workers would be hired for these
health care insurance positions. Instead, what I witnessed directly was Anthem hiring foreign workers. This was another lie that was told to us. Why
did they not mandate that under the AHCA act that American workers, not foreign workers with 2 year visas would be employed at these health care companies.
What must be stated is that if you are from India and the Philippines and have a college or university degree, that means you are in the upper class or top 10 percent.
Do you honestly believe that if you don't have money in those places that a college or university will just accept a student based on scholarship or student loans? You must
pay up front I'm sure to get in. That means you're wealth is in the top 1 percent or 10 percent at least. In other words they are already doing very well in their own
countries. They are taking advantage by coming here and working for more pay and basically becoming even more wealthy than they already are. Meanwhile, while
I was working at these places, I saw recent immigrant workers with accents from other countries. Not only are they being squeezed out by recent massive layoffs
at both companies I worked for, but this is causing recent immigrant unemployment and second generation unemployment of the children of these immigrants. Not
just that but it is lowering the wages of everyone over all. These are massive large headquarters we are talking about. Not small companies at all. So basically you
have visa b1 2 year workers, competing with recent immigrants, high school or no high school degree workers, university workers who need a job, minorities, and disadvantaged workers with skills and no skills, all competing, but a majority of whom are being squeezed out by visa b1 foreign workers. How does this make any sense at all? Please send this message somewhere where people may at least mention it on the news or get some sort of attention by someone who can change this. At least investigate these health insurance places that are promoting this. I don't want those visa b1 foreign workers to necessarily lose their jobs. Maybe they can be placed in some program where they may go back home
and keep working. While the outsourced workers in the philippines may also be placed to find suitable and well paying work at home as well. This program of foreign visa b1 workers and workers from the philippines is hurting the local employment situation however. Not just that but they have no stake in american health insurance. Why would a foreign young visa b1 worker buy temporary health insurance if at all, and the outsourced workers in the philippines who can't even buy american health insurance, have any interest in doing the best work they can, when they can't even buy the product they are working for. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Again, this is not Ikea or even coca cola where I would have not problem with workers from other countries. These companies however are American companies that in no way should be hiring outside the United States since they are not companies doing business all over the world. It hurts everyone in the process in a local level and generally in all the other States as well. Thank you.

Lost in all this is the simple fact that Ann is 6' tall!

Those of us in that category, know EXACTLY why Ann reserved an aisle seat.

In todays commercial air travel, vendors have crammed so many rows of seats into a plane, that someone 6'+ tall reserving an aisle seat is 100% expected. Just like saving special seas for children traveling alone, or offering the emergency exit seats only to those passengers "willing to assist in case of an emergency," Delta (and others) should reserve aisle seats for taller passengers and release them for the general passengers once all tall passengers have had the first right of refusal.

The person that ultimate received Ann's reserved aisle seat, was clearly nowhere near 6' tall, and Delta should have reseated her instead. I would have complained as well; not just about the reassignment, but the public humiliation at being reseated in a crowded plane.

Delta, after a weak attempt to explain their blatant and deliberate attempt at humiliating Ann and then explaining with their further weak attempt to mitigate their actions, went on to say "And more importantly" which shows their clear focus is on themselves, not on their customers. Delta considers themselves "more important" than passengers.

My mother use to say: "to excuse yourself is to accuse yourself." Delta stands accused by their own words.

I sent an email to Delta after hearing what happened to Ann on the news. Finally received a response - if you can call it that. Below is the back and forth:

Message: Your treatment of passengers is important no matter who they are. This reflects directly on you. We, the consumer have a choice and will use that power to either make you a financially better company or boycott you due to your treatment of your customers. I along with many who I know are boycotting you due to your unprofessional behavior towards Ann Coulter. She could of been a Democrat and it would not of mattered to me. You do not politicize your business, period. Southwest here I come!

RE:Case Number 24707346
Thank you for letting us know how you feel. After fully investigating this incident, Ms. Coulter’s seat was inadvertently changed prior to boarding from an aisle to a window seat in the same row. We are sorry that the customer did not receive the seat she reserved initially, but ultimately we reseated her in a similar seat for which she had paid the $30 fee. Please know we have also refunded the fee.
More importantly, we are disappointed that the customer has chosen to publicly attack our employees and other customers by posting derogatory and slanderous comments and photos in social media. Her actions are unnecessary and unacceptable. Each of our employees is charged with treating each other, as well as our customers, with dignity and respect. And we hold each other accountable when that does not happen. Delta expects mutual civility throughout the entire travel experience.

Regards,

Sherrea Hosch

Sherrea,

Talk about unacceptable. Your response is unacceptable. How about addressing what you plan on doing to make sure that this so called inadvertently changing seats of your customer does not happen again? What about correcting the problem instead of responding to Ms. Coulter's right to complain about how she was treated by Delta on Social Media?

Due to your lack of addressing the issue and you continuing to attack Ms. Coulter, I will not be flying Delta. Southwest, here I come

Pat Fox
I certainly appreciate your effort. For the life of me, I can't understand why Delta wont show any humility in this. Seems like this is a standard practice for them. They seem proud of that.
Terrible that this would happen to anybody, but doing it to a known celebrity just doubles down on the fact.
Don't they realize just how much the public would appreciate admission of guilt here? A huge apology would go a long way for this company.

Are there any great legal minds on this site that can inform us what the real charges should be stemming out of the
J. Edgar Comey hearings ?
Comey and Loretta Lynch should be brought up on some kind of charges . Democrats should be forced to pay restitution
and court costs for this farce . CNN and other media outlets must be held accountable for this lie they won't let die , and
penalties should double or triple now for continuing efforts to do so .
And what of the big enchilada , Hillary ? What should happen there ?
I would mention Russia in this , but do any of us on either side of the aisle really care any more about what they did ?

The Academic vs. Donald Trump

The self-proclaimed “enlightened” individual is often the most reprehensible and morally-bankrupt of all persons. Their state of fictitious ascendancy often allows them to make grandiose statements of inclusion while hypocritically disparaging others. Touting open-mindedness and tolerance, the humanist refers to himself as a “true believer,” thus fabricating an inward psyche embellished in false superiority tantamount to the bona fide and gravely dangerous personality disorders of megalomania and messiah complex. The lessons of history are littered with this type of fallacious thought and the horrific damage that its agents have caused. Hitler, Mussolini, and Stalin all began their terrible reigns of power and murderous abuses of human rights through censorship; the silencing of opposition voices by the exploits of voracious, ad hominem character assassinations and demonization of beliefs.

In the wake of yet another radical Muslim terrorist attack in London, the host of the CNN show “Believer” Reza Aslan was quick to demonstrate this exact behavior by referring to President Trump as a “…piece of *excrement*.” How he should “…be ignored in times of crisis,” and how he is “… an embarrassment to America…” and “…to humankind,” all because the president once again called for the importance of enforcing pre-existing law.

Indoctrinated, low information, liberals seemingly beyond all reason just do not wish to hear that their illustrious president made HR 158 law. By signing the House Resolution, Barack Hussein Obama explicitly allowed and formally recognized the “Visa Waiver Program Improvement and Terrorist Travel Prevention Act.”

Among the many things the law allowed for was the Secretary of Homeland Security (Jeh Johnson), the Secretary of State (John Kerry), and the Director of National Intelligence (James Clapper), all Democrat, Obama appointee’s, to collaborate on what countries were to be deemed “Countries of Concern.” Iran was first named in 1984, Sudan in 1993, Syria in 1979 and Libya, Iraq, Somalia, and Yemen as late as 2015. Summarily, the seven countries were not named by President Trump but by pre-existing legislation and previous presidential cabinet members.

Do public figures like Reza Aslan have a vested interest in making crude and defamatory expletives? How does their cultural heritage and ascribed religious beliefs play a role in the hatefulness of American conservative ideals? Are they motivated by political aspirations or a deep-seeded need to diminish America by making it less safe for its citizens?

How can a person who asserts love and tolerance and speaks so magnanimously of people being a “…complex product of upbringing…” as influenced by culture and also acknowledge that “…we live by what we believe,” be so sanctimonious as to engage in blatant toxic ridicule and sharp derisive contempt of others without being an active hypocrite?

It is indeed tragic that most intellectuals of our era are driven by an overt need to gradually change the social norms that made this country great. They have forgotten to include the enlightenment and innovation that progressiveness implies and exchanged it for a degeneration in moral values having their subconscious guilt demonstrated by a continuous psychological projection of bigotry and a dialog that seeks only to harm and destroy instead of create.

When Obama first signed HR 158 into law there was an uproar amongst the Islamic community and lawsuits were filed by the ACLU all well in advance of any Trump Presidency or executive order, but despite voluminous evidence the corrupt mainstream media and people like Reza Aslan continue to twist facts, torture logic, and promote false narratives using the worn out, proverbial Alinsky playbook of lies to the detriment of the American people, American security, and American culture.

Reza Aslan was born in Iran. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Jessica Jackley, and their three sons. Jackley Aslan was co-founder and CEO of Profounder, which allowed entrepreneurs to access start-up capital through crowdfunding and community involvement. She was also co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Kiva, the world's first micro-lending website. Reza Aslan is a tenured Professor of Creative Writing at the University of California, Riverside. His affiliations include:

CNN
International Qur’anic Studies Association
Yale Humanist Community
American Academy of Religions
Board of Trustees Chicago Theological Seminary
The Society of Biblical Literature
PMK-BNC which offers primetime and syndicated television shows, corporate communications, and personal representation for producers and writers.

Funny thing So what happened to the pre-election strumpf? Where the heck did that guy disappear?

Another case of "we put you in the chair, now you do what we tell you. or else..."

Ann, do you recognise now where the center of all evil lies in the USA? WHo is really behind the flood of illegal immigrants and this 180 degees turnaround strumpf has made since the elections?

The same people who are doing the same thing in Europe.

The banking and the finance are in dire and urgent need of restructuration. Cleansing actually. The power is in the hands of the people who control the money, not the elected representatives of the people.

Was it washington, or jefferson, who said that when the government rises above the people, it a patriotic duty of the people to take up the arms against that government.

Yea... such talk nowadays takes you to the cia, fbi, nsa and who knows who else, list of "terrorists" in a jiffy.

There are a couple of Mr. Newbury's comments that have not been addressed and they are (sorry in advance if I didn't see somebody's post):

1. "We both know how Trump supporters have reacted towards folks against Trump". In actuality, is it not the other way around? It is not Trump supporters that are causing all the problems; it is Hillary's cronies causing all the chaos.
2. “He constantly whines that people owe him apologies”; the media is extremely bias, they don’t report, they “entertain” (if you even want to say that). It was jump on the bandwagon against Trump or get run over. What happened to reporters that spoke pro Trump? Many fired. I actually agree with Mr. Newbury on this point. The media does not owe Trump an apology; they owe us one.

I have a request for Mr. Newbury, please don't join (like I really think he would). We have to many other things to do, we're busy people.

This guy is about as self-aware as a moon rock.

This is from the first email. He was trying to provoke a like response, and the Admin was very wise to reply politely, with subtle digs. It drove him crazy!

Dear Mr. Newberry:

Thank you once again for your email. We cannot help but notice your
incessant need to continue to write to Admin and seek our attention.

We are sorry to hear that you find our replies less than courteous.
Perhaps we are simply not communicating very well since we don't respond
with profanity-laced insults, which seems to be your preferred method of
correspondence.

Addressing some of your specific points, we find it interesting that you
continue to write a slew of insults and attempt to justify your misogyny
by claiming Miss Coulter is not a woman, while claiming that we are the
ones holding alternative facts, being arrogant and insulting.

We are sorry that people like you are sick, but we can agree on that. We
hope you get better, soon.

We are also confused by your complaint that Admin responds to your emails
when it is you that continues to contact us.

Rest assured, we are trying our best to assist you and determine what it
is you need. We are here to help.

If you have any additional questions or if we can be of further
assistance, please let us know.

Sincerely,

Ann Coulter Admin Service Team

Thank you for your email. You are the highlight of our day! 😃

Beginning with our initial response to your insulting, disrespectful
attack email to Miss Coulter, we advised you that you were corresponding
with Admin. Perhaps an overestimation on our part, but we did assume that
you would be able to understand that. If we were wrong to assume that
much, we apologize.

We have not insulted you. On the contrary, we have continued to endure
your arrogance and insults and done so with humility and grace. Now you
are blaming Admin for your vulgarity, which states more about the author
than the recipient.

As previously stated, we are not sure what you are seeking, and you are
not clearly stating that without insults. So we can only guess. Typically
such people seek attention. We are trying our best to accommodate and give
that to you.

We already have tweeted and published your writings on our Public Forum.
The public has been informed (past tense).

With our best effort to give you as much as we can, we will tweet your
letters to John Kaisch, Jim Thompson and the Bush Family to show them who
their supporters are. Though we cannot promise and have nothing to do with
their actions, perhaps they will recognize you, your actions and give you
what you seek?

We cannot help but to notice the slew of insults and vulgarities directed
at us when we have only been polite and accommodating to you. Yet in the
midst of your attacks on Miss Coulter and her Humble Admin, you accuse us
of bullying you. 😳

You stated, "We both know how Trump supporters have reacted towards folks
against Trump." Yes, we do. But we are not sure that you are aware of the
one and only reality, the one where we have tolerated your attacks and
insults and responded with politeness and professionalism." Perhaps you
are confusing us with your ANTIFA fellow travelers.

We can see that you have a disconnect between your actions and
consequences, so we will not bother to explain how that process works.
However, you may want to consider anger management courses,
self-discipline courses...or even some of the liberal, meditation courses
that may suit your situation. But that is just a suggestion.

America is a great and wonderful country, established by our Founding
Fathers who were so absolutely, positively brilliant that they foresaw the
likes of you in a country where we, Miss Coulter's mere Humble Admin have
the opportunity to fight for the masses and provide a platform for the
ordinary folks....even as you help and support the enemies of free speech
and insult the electoral process designed to provide equal representation
for all!

If you have any additional questions or if we can be of further
assistance, please let us know. (We enjoy responding to your emails!😃)

Sincerely,
Ann Coulter Admin Service Team

Thank you for your email.

We understand that you are accusing and blaming Admin for responding to
your emails and enquiries. Perhaps you may want to consider not writing if
you do not wish to receive a response? That is just one possibility in the
grand array of options available to individuals every day. But it may work
for you.

While we enjoy corresponding with you, we are not sure what you are
seeking or what more we can do. We have invited and uninvited based on
your suggestions. We have been as polite and professional as possible even
in the face of your profanities. We have also already agreed to publish
your communications and seek as much attention as possible for you. Beyond
that, we do not know what it is you are expecting or what more we can do.

Perhaps if you could state your message explaining what you seek in clear,
concise, non-curse words, we may be able to address that issue.

If you have any further questions or if we can be of further assistance,
please let us know.

Sincerely,
Ann Coulter Admin Service Team
