Ann Coulter wrote:After I'd spent a decade begging Republicans, including a few presidential candidates, to take up the immigration issue, Donald J. Trump came along, championed the entire thesis of Adios, America, and swept all contenders aside.

It's too late for the likes of Marco Rubio, Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan to avoid humiliation, but if they don't want to keep making asses of themselves in public by, for example, praising today's version of the KKK, they should read my entire corpus of work, starting with Demonic. (Trump somehow grasped the whole point of that book, too.)

The reason normal people are suspicious of the media's narrative on Charlottesville is that we've heard this exact same story many, many times before.

Facts on the ground:

-- Approximately every other year since forever, liberal hooligans have been rampaging through the streets, beating people up, setting off bombs, killing cops, smashing store windows, assassinating politicians and burning down neighborhoods -- against capitalism, Vietnam, Nixon, Wall Street, a police shooting, Trump, Starbucks, a sunny day.

-- Conservatives, mostly families, have generally avoided even the mildest forms of political protest, and, when they finally are driven to petition the government over their grievances, they pick up after themselves — at tea parties, townhalls, Trump rallies and so on.

Result: The entire media are constantly on Red Alert for the threat of Right-Wing Violence.

The explanation for this apparent madness is that the left -- both the scribblers and the shock troops -- bear all the characteristics of a mob, as set forth more than a century ago by the father of group-think, French psychologist Gustave Le Bon. No behavior of the left is mysterious if you've read Le Bon -- or "Demonic." In The Crowd: A Study of the Popular Mind, Le Bon observed that the "complete lack of critical spirit" prevents crowds from "perceiving ... contradictions."

No matter the year or the circumstances, the media and their eunuch politicians are quick to blame any surprising violence on the Right-Wing Nazis of their imaginations -- from Lee Harvey Oswald (communist) to Jared Lee Loughner and James Holmes (psychopaths) to the two stabbing murders on a Portland train earlier this year committed by a Bernie Sanders supporter, whom the media -- to this day -- insists, all evidence to the contrary, was a Trump supporter.

When, a few months after the first murders by a Sanders supporter, a second Sanders supporter opened fire on a congressional Republican baseball practice, putting GOP Rep. Steve Scalise in critical condition, that political attack was simply discarded. The media put the story of left-wing assailant James Hodgkinson in a lead casket and dropped it to the bottom of the sea.

There are the scores of other examples of imaginary right-wing violence invented by the media -- then quietly abandoned when the facts come out. After weeks of hair-on-fire headlines, suddenly you just stop reading about the Duke lacrosse "rapists," homicidal maniac Officer Darren Wilson or legions of Trump-supporters ripping of Muslim women's hijabs.

But I remember! Here are as many as my word limit allows –- maybe more!

During the 2008 campaign, the media was in a perpetual state of fright that racist Republicans would assassinate Barack Obama.

Naturally, when a local reporter claimed he'd heard someone in a crowd at a Sarah Palin rally yell, "Kill him!" about Obama, the media didn't wait for more facts! The Washington Post's Dana Milbank promptly reported the reed-thin allegation, which was then repeated in hundreds of other news outlets.

On CNN, David Gergen said that Palin was "whipping up these crowds," creating "ugly scenes" with audience members yelling, "Kill him. Kill him" -- and also claimed (without evidence) that they were yelling "racial epithets." A CNN article on the alleged shout-out appeared under the headline: "Rage rising on the McCain campaign trail."

Vice presidential candidate Joe Biden weighed in, somberly calling the alleged incident "dangerous."

MSNBC'S Rachel Maddow railed against the "mere mention of killing someone at a political rally," saying, "it's horrific."

MSNBC's Keith Olbermann took the gold, yammering on and on about the claim in nightly updates, culminating in one of his prissiest ever "Special Comments," in which he demanded that John McCain suspend his campaign until "it ceases to be a clear and present danger to the peace of this nation."

Needless to say, the Secret Service undertook a complete review. Agents listened to tapes of the event, interviewed attendees and interrogated the boatloads of law enforcement officers spread throughout the crowd.

Conclusion: It never happened. As even the nutty left-wing site Salon noted, "If (the Secret Service) says it doesn't think anyone shouted, 'kill him,' it's a good bet that it didn't happen."

No apologies, no retractions, no memory.

Remember when polite, hardworking Americans came together to oppose Obamacare at tea party rallies in 2009 and 2010?

Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Rep. Steny Hoyer called the protesters "un-American." The Democratic National Committee called them "rabid right-wing extremists." Sen. Harry Reid called the tea partiers "evil-mongers." Jimmy Carter pronounced an "overwhelming portion" of them racists.

ABC called them a "mob." CNN called them "rabble-rousing critics."

Democratic congressman Brian Baird of Washington accused tea partiers of using "close to Brown-shirt tactics." The AFL-CIO called them an "extremist fringe," using "mob rule."

As Le Bon explained, "one of the surest means of making an idea enter the mind of crowds" is to affirmatively state something, "free of all reasoning and all proof." Indeed, "the more destitute of every appearance of proof and demonstration" a claim is, "the more weight it carries" with a mob.

As usual, once the dust had settled, the only violence at the tea parties and town halls had been committed by liberals.

On Aug. 6, 2009, for example, a black tea partier was beaten up by union thugs shouting the N-word at him at a St. Louis town hall. Six members of the Service Employees International Union were arrested. About a month later, on Sept. 3, 2009, 65-year-old tea partier Bill Rice had his finger bitten off at a health care rally in Thousand Oaks, California, by a lefty Obamacare supporter.

To this day, The New York Times has never mentioned either incident, so it can happily return to railing against the non-existent right-wing rage surging in the red states.

In the fall of 2009, the naked body of Census worker Bill Sparkman was found hanging from a tree in southwestern Kentucky, with the word "fed" written across his chest.

Liberals wasted no time in concluding that right-wing extremists had murdered Sparkman in a burst of anti-government hate.

A Census worker? Who hates Census workers? Unlike an IRS agent, an EPA inspector or even an agriculture inspector, a Census worker can't arrest you, seize your property or fine you hundreds of thousands of dollars. They just hand out questionnaires.

No matter. The left has been waiting for right-wing violence for centuries and, finally, here it was!

New York magazine ran an article about the dead Census worker, asking, "Has Nancy Pelosi's Fear of Political Violence Been Realized?"

The Atlantic's Andrew Sullivan blamed "Southern populist terrorism" for Sparkman's death, "whipped up by the GOP and its Fox and talk radio cohorts."

But MSNBC's Rachel Maddow owned the Bill-Sparkman-was-murdered-by-right-wingers story. Night after night, she breathlessly reported this "breaking national news." Although Rachel's main move is giggling and eye-rolling, she was all deadly earnestness when it came to the "troubling story" and the "worry that he was killed in fact because he was a federal employee."

In case you missed the point, Maddow reminded viewers there's "a strong suspicion of government generally among people who live in that area."

A month later, investigators announced that Sparkman had committed suicide in an insurance scam. Rachel left it to her guest host, Howard Dean, to break the bad news to her conspiracy-minded viewers, sparing her the humiliation.

And then we never heard the story of the Census worker again.

A media capable of turning tea partiers, Palin supporters and a random insurance scam into weeks of terror at right-wing violence are not going to let a few nuts waving Nazi flags at a "Unite the Right" rally pass without leaping at the opportunity to outlaw conservatism.

Based on the media's 100-year history of fantasizing a burgeoning Nazi Party in America, the rest of us would like to wait for the facts on Charlottesville.

The hysteria about the "threat" from right wing people mirrors the hysteria about Japanese Americans after the Pearl Harbor attack. Not only were newspapers pyblishing those fictions on page one, they were also adopted by official government reports, and even Eleanor Roosevelt assumed there was some truth to them, even though not a single real person was named as a perpetrator, and none were arrested or tried. That hysteria led to FDR criminally imprisoning 120,000 innocent people for three years, including infants, with not a single crime charged against anyone, except for protesting their illegal arrest of civilians by soldiers. After the Japanese Navy was defeated at Midway in 1942, there was no risk of an attack on California, but the Japanese Amwricans could not be released without FDR admitting it was a big mistake, so they were kept in slavery two more years just to avoid embarrassing FDR.

The hysteria of the Left has been so insane that the only way to avoid confessing their stupidity is to keep up the fiction and shout more stridently. The lack of any real threat just makes the need for invention more crucial, just like FDR and the Army giving substance to their paranoia by making political prisoners of innocents. Or Obama and Holder indicting police.

FBI, DHS Officially Classify Antifa Activities As "Domestic Terrorist Violence"
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-09-0 ... april-2016

Petition to declare George Soros ‘terrorist’ for financing Antifa and other discrete organizations whose sole purpose is to apply Alinsky model terrorist tactics to facilitate the collapse of the systems and Constitutional government of the United States.
If it reaches the threshold of 100,000 signatures before September 19, the White House will have to provide a formal response.

I'd like to offer a different take on the media and why they are always spewing hatred and contempt for Trump and always blaming and suspecting conservatives of violence.

The typical presumption is that it is their liberal bias and hatred of Trump prompts them to exaggerate and lie to promote their leftist ideology and fool the public into believing lies about Trump and his followers.

But if you look at the anger on the faces of CNN or MSNBC 'news people' when reporting on Trump or a twisted, distorted view of a conservative rally, you can see that they actually believe their own nonsense. They wholeheartedly swallow their own biased view of the world. They actually believe that Trump colluded with the Russians to steal the election. They actually believe that Trump is a white supremacist, is a Nazi, and hates immigrants because they are not white.

But if they aren't exactly lying, and actually believe their own twisted view of Trump, conservatives, and the world, how do you explain it? The simplest explanation is that they are basically dumb and immature. To support that claim, consider that most of these so-called 'news people' majored in journalism. This is a major often chosen by people who lack the intellectual ability to pass a more complex major such as math, science, or engineering. They typically didn't score very high on college entrance exams, and there's a good chance that they flunked high school algebra.

In other words, as a group they are low in the ability to think or analyze logically. That is why simple math in the news often escapes them. The reason you don't often read about the difference between the unemployment rate and the labor participation rate, for example, is because they lack the mental capacity and analytical skills to grasp the difference.

Also, look at the psychology of people who for all their academic lives have been mediocre students because of their limited intellectual abilities. As newspeople, they see themselves as finally being in a position to tell their intellectual superiors the 'truth' as their limited intellectual abilities see it, and they do so assertively and aggressively.

Their fundamental lack of analytical skills also leads them to swallow leftist ideology hook, line, and sinker. It allows them to feel 'superior', because they 'care' more than you do.

If you doubt this, just watch carefully the next time you turn on CNN, MSNBC, or some other mainstream news outlet. You'll see that the number one consumers of their twisted, angry rhetoric is they themselves. They actually, really, and truthfully believe the nonsense that they are spewing.

The only way they can do that is if they are angry and not very bright.

Media Better Start Hunting for Mexican-Wing Violence

If media malpractice ended tonite and Vincente Fox's words were beamed across TV screens nite after nite warning us of the Mexican invasion the same way they were on high alert against the Russian invasion , that Wall would be half built by the weekend
not by Washington of course , but by Minutemen wall builders themselves .

Right now I am in favor of cutting off all Presidential pension plans , secret service protections and free salaries our ex-presidents
are currently enjoying -- at the very least -- and would very much like to see the treason trials begin for a whole lot of greedy
pig house & senate members who led us into this mess in the 1st place .

Mr Fox already taking his victory lap at the conquest of America and promising Trump's grandchildren will be the ones shipped
off to Mexico is absolutely one of the most outrageous things I have ever seen or read in my lifetime .

I sure hope Ivanka is reading the sentiments expressed by his excellency , Mr Fox .

I am just wondering if she can well the same tears for her own children as she can for Mr Fox's human trafficked children .

Ironic how Radical Islamic Muslims send Terrorists to America to destroy symbols and kill a few thousand people and the outrage dies out after a few years. Meanwhile, Mexico invades America with millions of illegals and American politicians welcome them with open arms.

coltakashi, while agreeing that the hysteria about the alt-right is exaggerated to an absurd degree, I want to address the point about interning enemy aliens, which has foundation.

There was the ‘Niihau incident’, where a Japanese pilot crash-landed his aircraft, damaged during the Pearl Harbor attack, on Niihau, a Hawaiian island. Hawaiians extracted the dazed pilot from his crashed Zero and sought help in communicating with him from a 2nd-generation Japanese-American couple, Yoshio and Irene Harada, who started their collaboration by not translating honestly to their Hawaiian neighbours and later helped him escape. A Japanese-born resident of Hawaii ‘for 41 years’ also provided some minor and unenthusiastic help.
Details of this episode can be found here:

Murphey, Dwight D. “The Relocation of the Japanese-Americans during World War II.” Collected Writings of Dwight D. Murphey, 1995, dwightmurphey-collectedwritings.info/published/pub38.htm. Excerpted from Murphey, Dwight D. The Dispossession of the American Indian—And Other Key Issues in American History. Scott-Townsend Publishers, 1995.
“What Really Happened?” American Renaissance, Jan. 2003, www.amren.com/news/2009/02/what_really_hap/ (This is mainly a condensed version of Dwight Murphey’s above essay.)

It is sensible to suspect first-generation immigrants at least of remaining loyal to their motherlands—actually being at war with a particular country being quite rare, most immigrants’ potentially divided loyalties are simply untested. For example, American Mildred Gillars’ conflicted loyalties would not have been an issue but for war between the US and Germany; still in Germany on war’s declaration in 1941 and engaged to a ‘naturalized German citizen’ (can’t find country of origin), she became one of the voices behind ‘Axis Sally’. (The story of the Batallón de San Patricio (St. Patrick’s Battalion) is also relevant. This was a battalion of Irish emigrant deserters from the US army who placed loyalty to their religion ahead of loyalty to their adopted homeland to fight for Mexico against their former comrades. Still celebrated in Mexico today and as recently as 1997 in the Republic of Ireland.)
And there are cases of second-generation proving disloyal as well:
Martin Monti, American born and raised but of Italian parents, he deserted the USAAF to German forces in Italy, later joining the SS.
Thomas Cooper, British born and raised but with a German mother; living in Germany at the outbreak of war, he was interned as an enemy alien but soon joined the SS.

After the 1939 declaration of war, around 73,000 German and Austrian residents of Britain were registered and categorised A–C, with only 569 finding themselves classed Category A and interned. Unfortunately, in May 1940, with the impending fall of France and Norway, we panicked and interned a further 8,000 Austro-Germans in southern England (where we were anticipating an invasion would land), disregarding classification—it’s from this period stem the tales of German-Jewish refugees and émigrés being interned alongside Nazis.

So, initially we (Britain) were sensible in investigating and classifying enemy aliens, interning only the most suspect; it was only later we ‘chimped out’. The principle was sound—only its application went awry.

Today, given the threat the West faces from Muslim terrorism from recent arrivals to at least second-generation born and raised, it is both justifiable and sensible that we register our (in Britain’s case) nearly 2.8m (2011 census) Muslim population and categorise them A–C. Those categorised A and B who are foreign nationals could be deported and Category A British nationals interned; Category B would suffer some restrictions and Category C would suffer little more than their existence on a database.

So, the principle of interning enemy aliens has validity, and if carefully and sensibly applied (as it was in Britain in 1939 and as it wasn’t in May 1940), is entirely defensible.

One man's hysteria is another man's 9/11.

Not only Japanese, but Italians and Germans were interned. . . but we don't recognize them as much. Why?

What I can say about these Internment camps is this: I don't recall any domestic attacks on US soil while these camps were in place.

I have absolutely no concerns about the so called infringement of one groups implied rights (if you call it a "right" to immigrate to America . . .) for the Greater Good of National Sovereignty and Security. If they cannot adopt that mindset, then their potential loyalty is called into question.

We are at war. War has different requirements than being at Peace. War is never intended to please everyone; it is to Preserve and Maintain the Sovereign Will of a Country; with few exceptions attributed to aggressors like Hitler.

What has amazed me for some time now is how the American people are so powerless to have a say in the integrity, honesty, and fact content of
the reporting of news over the federal communication controlled airways and through print. I totally understand and agree with the 1st. amendment of the importance of a free and unrestricted press and how it must be defended in every turn and cosmic dimension. I however do not understand why standards of excellence of practice cannot be established with similar standards established for every other walks of professionalism in this nation from carpenters to plumbers, to barbers, nurses, doctors, pharmacists, firemen, paramedics, police officers, lawyers you name it and it is licensed, quality controlled, has punitive damages to be invoked upon gross violation convictions but not the press. They have a license to incense the public with lies distortions made up scandals and outright pure propaganda backed by the highest bidder. Is there a secret alliance journalist have to protect, deflect, and deny anything that can stick to the individual doing the story or writing the article and if not why has the true concerned people in this profession not sought out professionalism.

Being one who has never written an elected official before. I also felt like letters were probably not viewed anymore. I was reluctant to address my outrage of this but did get up the nerve to do so and constructed a letter and sent it to several newly empowered people that I thought would at least provide some response of a minimum, you are heard and we care too! It was sent to my U.S. Senator, Marco Rubio, to the white house office of POTUS and to Kellyanne Conway and nothing. Here was the meat of the letter after a brief introduction of who the writer. I would like to know how the readers of these posts feel. I have not put it out to anywhere before

June 12, 2017

The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue
Washington DC.

The purpose of this letter is to but ask one simple question. Why do we as a people continue to allow the free press to lie, misrepresent, connive, rewrite and report news as they see fit in place of holding them to a fact bearing standard ? Does the fear of violation of the first amendment rights have to give way to complete disregard to the truth of anything ? Is the American public held as captives only hearing the day’s world occurrences through colored lenses that serve agenda’s that yield to no advantage in reporting nothing but bold truths ? The days of integrity reports are all but gone and most importantly reliance on news like in the “ Walter Conkrite days “ are gone I believe forever. What is the answer ? I believe it is simple but yet complex.
I believe the answer is to hold Journalists in this country to a minimum standard of performance that any other profession must adhere to. Pharmacists, Nurses, Paramedics, teachers, barbers, plumbers, you name it have standards of minimal compliance and are tested on same and licensed. Why do journalists get waivers on this. I believe that even though it will be met with stiff resistance, a Licensure through the FCC of any and all journalists who shall either through natural or artificially made sounds utter or write or transmit words, or pictorial representations of things reported as factual events to the general public shall be required to posses a news journalistic FCC license. They should be held to a minimum of standard to include but not limited to a reasonable standard of truth, and provide source if information if questions of truth or conflict arises. Source checking & documentation standards should be met BEORE any story is allowed broadcasted as a truth / news story, including punchline, headline, or subtitle and especially content.
Standards of ethical and moral equivalence requirements should be established for all journalists to adhere to. Minimum qualifications to include education, training, FCC rules and regulations knowledge, back ground checks and the ability to pass a comprehensive examination of those regulations and reporting standards of conduct should be mandated with subsequence licensure by a non partisan board set up under the FCC for same.
The cost of this should be passed on to the candidate as any other profession not the American public. Punitive damages should also be a required element of any license with peer reviews to be conducted by a selected regional review boards under the umbrella of the FCC for any complaint of violation of codes of conduct. Further punitive damage should be provided for by recommendation of same up to and including fines, suspension of any FCC regulated airways and authorship of airway material rights, up to permanent revocation of licensure.
This is not censorship but development of standards of excellence in news reporting and public information dissemination. There should be no subject matter censored but rather that the subject matter reported on as news, non-fictional facts should be checked for identifiable facts of presented material and or events and not subjective thinking. The price for failure herein is too great. This nation will fail unless truth, honesty, and integrity returns to rule the day. I know from the depths of my being that the majority of Americans are good God fearing people who want peace, love and the fulfillment of dreams to be the reward of hard work, commitment to self, family and faith that has been the back bone summation of this nation since it’s founding. Now we see it in jeopardy and it is scary.

Please tell me I'm not alone.

Welcome Olddoc53,

The "Press" has always had a penchant to do what they do. . . it's just amplified more today than in the times of our nations founding.

As for "why" so called journalists peddle influence versus information, you really don't have to look any further than Americas educational institutions, which were invaded by the liberal mindsets of the times. Today, it's the SOROS Socialist Democrats.

It starts in Middle School and permeates all the way to the higher echelons of education. It's been a plan of those who seek to control governments world wide. . . invade the halls of education, control the young minds. . . control the world.

It will not change. It cannot be eliminated; for to remove the cancer will be to kill the patient. It can, in some instances, be treated at best. That is what this forum is all about; treating and fighting the infection that is killing the patient; America.

Many good people have tried to do battle in the halls of Congress; only to be overwhelmed by the task or destroyed in the process. The reason you will not get a "legitimate response" from the POTUS or your Congressional Representatives, is because both sides use the press the same way. It's nothing more than the pot calling the kettle black.

As much as we would like to see the tenor of our society change, we must be realistic. And reality dictates that the road we are heading down is one which was plotted out from the dawn of time and has an ultimate conclusion. Some would call it fatalism, but it is truly realism. You cannot look at American society (not to mention the world) and see the breadth and depth of the depravity across all spectrum's. . . and come to any other conclusion.

Journalism's decent into the pits of hell, is just one small symptom of the total problem. There is no other recourse than for like minded people to coalesce and do our part to change the minds of the few who want to wake up to the inevitable. It won't change the inevitable outcome but it may change a few lives.

In the end, any change you want to see must start with We The People. . . not journalists or politicians.
